Perfect for groups of 12 or more, our Gnocchi Workshop brings everyone together for an authentic Italian experience.
We’ll begin with an Italian aperitivo before making fresh gnocchi by hand, following my mother’s recipe. Once ready, we’ll gather around the table and enjoy them together with three homemade sauces:
Bolognese, my mother’s recipe
Tomato and basil
Butter and sage
The price includes the aperitivo, one bottle of wine for every two guests, water and soft drinks.
