Pet-Nat & Gnocchi is an enchanting aperitif and workshop event held every Tuesday at MITTON Feinkostladen, located at Dienerstrasse 72, 8004 Zürich.
This event is tailored for those eager to meet others with a zest for culinary arts, natural wines, and healthy, homemade fare. The evening begins with an authentic Italian aperitivo, where you'll savor freshly baked sourdough focaccia, a selection of fine cheeses and charcuterie, accompanied by sparkling wines. This setting encourages convivial interactions with fellow food lovers.
In the workshop, you'll delve into the history of gnocchi, learning to craft this beloved dish by hand. You'll master techniques to make your gnocchi from scratch. The workshop concludes with a communal dining experience, where we gather around the table to enjoy the gnocchi we've prepared, served traditionally in the center, as if we were dining with an Italian grandmother.
You'll also get to take home the gnocchi you've crafted, extending your culinary journey beyond the workshop.
